What are the current and Wuthering Waves events? Following the game's reveal livestream on May 19, a bunch of new events were announced to launch with the 1.0 version of Wuthering Waves, which are either already running or will be coming as future events.
Just like when keeping up with the RPG games, we've laid out all Wuthering Waves events to get you started.
Wuthering Waves current events
Alongside regular Wuthering Waves events which run for certain amounts of time, there are also ongoing events which will stay as permanent parts of the game. However, you'll need to keep up with them all if you want to nab as many rewards as possible.
Here are the current Wuthering Waves events:
Echo Summon (web event) – April 29 to June 6
A pre-launch web event for Wuthering Waves, Echo Summon allows you to earn summon attempts by completing missions. As you expand your Echo Gallery, you can extra rewards like early access to a 5-star Echo, Shell Credit, Astrite, and Advanced Sealed Tubes.
Gifts of Thawing Frost (Ongoing event)
This is one of the most handy Wuthering Waves events by giving you rewards just for logging into the game daily. By logging in for seven days, you'll not only be granted extra Lustrous Tides but the 4-star Resonator, Sanhua as an extra sweet bonus.
Awakening Journey (Ongoing event)
Another ongoing event, Awakening Journey gives you an extra incentive for raising your Union Level. As you increase your Union Level to 5, 15, 25, 35, and 45, you'll be given 40 Lustrous Tides, 1,600 Astrites, and a 5-Star Winter Brume weapon of your choice.
Rumbling Hollows (Ongoing event)
By challenging and completing the Tower of Adversity's Stable Zone, Wuthering Waves players can use this event to unlock both the 4-star Resonator character, Yuanwu, alongside extra rewards.
Wuthering Waves events:
As part of version 1.0 of Wuthering Waves, here are all the events on their way to the game. Although we don't have any exact dates for these events yet, the reveal livestream gave us plenty of detail on the rewards you can get:
Depths of Illusive Realm (Special event)
This special Wuthering Waves event makes for a fun roguelike gameplay event to earn random Illusive Echoes, Metaphors, and special buffs for your Resonators every time they enter the dungeon.
What's more, by utilizing different combinations, you can enjoy a variety of battle styles along with richer rewards like Astrite and Phantom Echoes.
Alloy Smelt (Special event)
This time-limited event lets players dive into accelerating battles by honing Resonator's fast-developing abilities. As a reward for your efforts, you'll be able to obtain more Astrite, development materials, and even more bonuses.
Overdash Club
To help Wuthering Waves players get used to the lightning-fast experience of its gameplay, Kuro Games is also introducing the Overdash Club event. By conquering parkour challenges across Jinzhou with the trusty Grappling Hook, you'll be granted extra amounts Astrite as rewards alongside other bonuses.
