Looking for the Schedule 1 Pawn Shop location? New for the April update is a place that's just as sketchy and suspect as your Hyland Point tax return. Manned by Mick (sometimes), it's a great place to offload any legitimate goods clogging up your inventory. Just be ready to get into a bit of a shouting match to get a decent deal.

Schedule 1 Pawn Shop location
You'll find the Pawn Shop location between the North and Central points of the town. It's by the Piss Hut and right next to the police check point and the massive Curfew warning sign, with the entrance being just by the steps that take you down to one of the somehow even more sketchy warehouses along the pier.
Walk into the Pawn Shop while it's open and you should see Mick standing behind the counter. Speak to him and either offer your typical type of deal, or ask to sell something more legitimate.
The Schedule 1 Pawn Shop isn't there to take any hot contraband or Schedule 1 mixes you can't shift. Instead, Mick is there to give you not a lot of money for any full-price items you may have lying around your many dens.
If, like me, you bought a banana right as you entered town only to learn the hard way that there's no way to shift it without mixing it into perfectly good produce at a higher level, Mick and the Pawn Shop can help.
Open the dialog window and slide your unwanted inventory items into his own, just like you would with your usual deal. Confirm your intent, taking note of the value of the items, then get to bartering. Like you would on your phone before confirming a sale, you get the chance to ask for more cash in this stage.
Make too many attempts and fill the Temper meter, and Mick will refuse the lot. At that point, you're perfectly justified in delivering a swift punch to his head. Knock him out cold and you can drag his sorry behind out to the cops on the corner and go about your day.
How do I fix Mick not being in the Pawn Shop?
If Mick isn't at the Pawn Shop, the easiest solution is to employ the fair use of Schedule 1 console commands to force him back to work.
Use that guide to enable the console if you haven't already, then simply type 'settime 1000' to change it to 10am, essentially resetting the day and forcing any and all of the town's NPCs back to where they'd typically be at that time. In the case of Mick and the Pawn Shop, he should zip back behind the counter.
If that still hasn't worked, just quit the game and ensure you're running the latest update. The Pawn Shop wasn't a launch day inclusion, so you may just be an update or two behind if he's not appearing. Check to ensure you don't have scheduled updates turned off.
