How to unlock skins in Elden Ring

Just like in Elden Ring, the Roundtable Hold is a place for you to rest and prepare for any battles and exploration in Nightreign. As well as equipping relics here, you can also find a merchant in the back room that you can buy various goods from, and a Fitting Mirror in the corner. You can use the Fitting Mirror to equip new skins, but to purchase these skins, you need to earn Murk through battling in Limveld.

Dawn / Darkness

It looks like each Nightreign character gets a variation of the Dawn and Darkness skin. The Dawn skins are gold, bronze, and white, while the Darkness skins are a dark version of the original costume.

Faraam

We're also getting skins based on previous Souls characters, harking back to Dark Souls and Bloodborne. First up is the Faraam armor set worn by Dark Souls 2's protagonist, The Bearer of the Curse. It looks like this skin is available for the Wylder class, though we're not sure how much Murk it'll cost you.

Armor of the Sun

Beloved Dark Souls NPC, Solaire, also has his very own skin coming to Elden Ring. Judging by the new wings he's sporting, it's all but guaranteed this skin is available for the Guardian class. Solaire's armor set is officially called Armor of the Sun, and while the Knights of Sunlight aren't a fixture in Elden Ring, this is the ideal skin to indicate you're up for some jolly cooperation.

Bloodborne / Henryk's Hunter Set

It looks like we'll finally get a little slice of Bloodborne on PC in the form of a Nightreign skin, though it's unclear which armor set FromSoftware is pulling from. While it's likely intended to represent Bloodborne's protagonist, the armor more closely resembles the set worn by Henryk, one of the antagonistic hunters in Yharnam. Either way, this skin appears to be available for the Ironeye class.

Now you know how to get and equip new Elden Ring skins, here's what you need to know about RPG game this month.
