Dragon Age The Veilguard weapon types
Each class can hold three weapons including a main hand, off-hand, and alternate weapon. Depending on your class, the weapons vary, and include two-hand and one-handed weapons, as a shield can also be equipped for the more defensive classes.
These weapons can be bought from vendors in various faction stores, with more items available depending on your reputation with each faction. You can also find weapons out in the world in chests or from boss and enemy drops.
Items and weapons also come in rarities ranging from uncommon, rare, epic, and legendary, and have different stats such as the type of damage it inflicts and properties that act like weapon perks, providing things like damage bonuses. Weapons can be upgraded in your base at the Caretakers Workshop, check out our how to upgrade gear in Dragon Age The Veilguard guide for how this works.
