Where are the Dragon Age The Veilguard mementos? While they might appear to be collectible codex entries, mementos are the only resource you can use to upgrade the Caretaker's Workshop. Each one automatically bestows Caretaker reputation points upon pickup, letting you increase the power level of all weapons in Bioware's fantasy RPG.
There are 182 mementos in Dragon Age The Veilguard, and you need at least 140 to upgrade your equipment to the maximum power level. You can spot mementos in the upgrade gear as early as possible.
