When is the next Blox Fruits update?

Since the last major update was released in December 2024, there have been two smaller updates in 2025.

The first Blox Fruits Bulletin was released on March 21, 2025, and potentially hints at the next big update. A new mystery is unfolding on Turtle Island as meteors have been crashing to the surface and "a hooded figure has been spotted near the impact sites."

While we don't know when the next big update will drop, we can look back at the major release schedule for Blox Fruits. There is usually only one major update a year, so we might not expect to see another large content drop until December 2025.

Blox Fruit update 24

The Blox Fruits Dragon update had a surprise release of December 14, 2024. It brought changes to Hydra Island, Port Town, and Great Tree, and added a new Draco race, as well as the Dragonheart sword and Dragonheart gun, among other things.

The update was initially announced in July 2024, an update status from the team reads: "Their people are no longer in hiding. It's time for those who were hardened by fire to rise from the ashes. Once a pacifist race nearly wiped out during the Dragons vs. Hydras battle, they now rise with their hearts set ablaze for vengeance. On the mountains of what was once Dragon Island, the Draco have quietly built a dojo, training in secret to reclaim their homeland."
